Job Description

Office Locations: Bangalore, India and Noida, India 

Major Responsibilities / Activities

  • Function as a subject matter expert in our system’s functionality and how customers use our Talent Acquisition products.
  • Create and implement standard talent acquisition CareerBuilder products such as (company profile, job branding, job postings, template career sites)
  • Ability to create Boolean strings, source qualified candidates, send email campaigns, pull customer reporting and analyze metrics
  • Ongoing communication with client throughout implementation process ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Answer technical/process related queries from other internal teams
  • Maintain Departmental Standards for Quality and Satisfaction Metrics 
  • Share ideas with team collaboratively. Ensure team’s focus remains on customer. Take ownership of and pulls through on overall implementation for accounts.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience 
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in software application support or service organization 
  • Working knowledge of or similar CRM system preferred 
  • Basic level of HTML and CSS; Basic level of Photoshop (cropping, fixing, editing images)
  • Required to work during APAC/EMEA/US Business shift hours
  • Experience working in a media-focused business a plus
